In casual employment an employee work only on the demand of the employer and received wages only for time he actually worked. Organizations don’t have commitment for regular work and workers don’t receive wages for holidays or annual leaves. Employee’s services may be terminated without furnishing any prior notice. Employees received wages for working on per hour basis.
In permanent part time employment worker are permanent employees of the organization. Permanent part employees have contract with employer and have to work for certain hours per week or per month as stated in contract. They receive annual leaves and their wages fixed for certain hours they work in a week or month. They also receive overtime for extra hours.
